Terms and Conditions for HearthGlow Cleaners
Welcome to HearthGlow Cleaners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our house cleaning and domestic services, including residential deep cleaning, eco-friendly house cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, post-renovation cleaning, window washing, and move-in/move-out cleaning. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Agreement
By scheduling an appointment with HearthGlow Cleaners, you acknowledge and agree to the services as described and quoted to you. All services are subject to availability and our operational capacity.
- Estimates: All initial quotes for services are estimates. The final price may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, unforeseen circumstances, or additional services requested by the client on-site. Any significant changes will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.
- Preparation: Clients are requested to declutter areas to be cleaned to ensure efficient service delivery. We are not responsible for moving heavy furniture or delicate items.
2. Booking and Cancellations
To book our services, you may contact us via phone or email. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons.
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the estimated service cost.
- Arrival Time: We provide an estimated arrival window. While we strive to adhere to scheduled times, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or previous job overruns may cause slight delays. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant delays.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash. Details will be provided upon booking.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 7 days of service completion may be subject to a late payment fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible service, clients are required to:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Ensure the property is safe for our cleaning professionals, free from hazards.
- Inform us of any delicate or high-value items requiring special attention or exclusion from cleaning.
5. Damage and Liability
HearthGlow Cleaners carries public liability insurance. While we take utmost care in providing our services, accidents can happen.
- Notification of Damage: Any damage believed to be caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion, accompanied by photographic evidence for assessment.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for damage due to faulty installation, pre-existing wear and tear, or improper care of items. We are also not responsible for items that are not explicitly within the scope of our cleaning services.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with a specific aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
- Remedial Action: We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory area(s) at no additional charge within 2 business days. This guarantee is not applicable if issues are reported after 24 hours or if the area has been used or altered prior to reinspection.
7. Eco-Friendly Practices
HearthGlow Cleaners is committed to eco-friendly practices. We primarily use non-toxic, biodegradable cleaning products where possible and safe for your property and the environment. Specific product requests or restrictions should be communicated at the time of booking.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process or service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
